  Vaughn was sensitive and responsive. He went above and beyond in helping us plan what we needed and only that. All suggestions included options many of which didn't benefit him. Can't recommend him highly enough.

  Vaughn's empathy and professionalism were a Godsend during the unexpected and emotionally overwhelming passing of my father. He was polite and completely on top of things every step of the way. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am we chose him to handle such a troubling affair.
